Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with Vigru for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment — no questions asked.

This guarantee applies only to your first subscription purchase with Vigru. If you previously held a paid subscription, canceled it, and resubscribed, the 14-day guarantee does not apply to the new subscription.

2. Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Because Vigru is a digital service that provides immediate access upon payment, we do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

However, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund in exceptional cases such as:

  • A verified technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the service for an extended period.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges resulting from a billing error.
  • Other circumstances we deem appropriate on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at legal@vigru.ai with:

  • The email address associated with your Vigru account.
  • Your reason for requesting a refund (optional for requests within the 14-day guarantee period).
  • Any relevant details, such as transaction IDs or screenshots of billing issues.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions:

  • Cancellationstops future billing. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel anytime through Settings > Subscription > Manage billing in the Vigru app.
  • Refund returns a past payment. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

If you cancel within the 14-day guarantee period, you are still eligible for a full refund upon request.

5. Free Plan Users

If you are using Vigru on our Free plan (3 analyses per month), no payment is involved and this Refund Policy does not apply to you.

6. European Union Residents

If you are located in the European Union, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By subscribing to Vigru and using the service immediately, you acknowledge that you request the service to begin during the withdrawal period. You retain the right to withdraw within 14 days; however, if you have fully used the service during that time, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided. Our 14-day money-back guarantee exceeds the minimum requirements of the Directive — we offer a full refund with no deductions within the guarantee period.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of a paid subscription after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
